Our friendly local staff serves delicious, traditional Ecuadorian cuisine. A daily buffet breakfast includes plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, granola, yoghurt, eggs and other Ecuadorian specialties. Traditional Ecuadorian recipes include a variety of choices and we serve a buffet lunch and dinner when there are more than 5 guests at the lodge.
